Whether it was organizing transportation, giving recommendations, or handling small requests, they made everything so easy and stress-free. Truly the best service I’ve ever received at any hotel. I can’t thank them enough for making my stay so enjoyable!

Nice Riad with a roof terrace and in walking distance to the inner medina and souks. We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed it overall. Some smaller points we didn’t like were 1) no hot water during the last night, 2) no option to enter the riad as someone from the staff had to open the main door and 3) we asked for a taxi to the airport to be arranged on our last day and it never arrived for which the staff wasn’t helpful. Overall it was good value for money
