The apartment has great views and all the facilities that you need for a holiday. It was close to transport and shopping / entertainment venues. The recreation facilities were excellent at the property as well.

The location and proximity to everything was great. The view was secluded and sheltered from the wind. Very inviting and friendly atmosphere.

Black vinyl sofa is very worn. Fronts of the Kitchen cabinets are cracked. Carpeyd in the bedrooms are very old and worn. Shower nozzle in laundry bathroom was clogged and not flowing freely. Cracked dining chair and fallen picture we're not fixed or replaced after prior tenant. Great to have a washing machine but no dryer made the washing machine useless.
