Bookings for the restaurant and treatments must be made in advance.Please note the following rules regarding use of the spa:
- Children under 5 years old are not permitted in the spa building.
- Children aged 5-16 must be constantly supervised by their parents while using the swimming pool.
- Children are not allowed to use the spa bath, steam room, or sauna.
- Jumping, diving, splashing, screaming, or generally disruptive behaviour is not permitted.
- Children over 5 years old may use the pool and changing areas only during the following specified times:• Monday - Friday: 14:00 - 17:00
• Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 - 09:00 and 14:00 - 17:00Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Our overnight stay was fabulous, bed was the most comfortable we have ever slept in, staff & facilities were excellent. We enjoyed the beautiful spa before a very good breakfast. Gardens are stunning & we saw a dear too.
