A lovely authentic home with character, our host Mayka went above and beyond looking after us. A short walk to the Old Town so we had the best of both worlds. Close to lovely beach (Playa de la Bajadilla), not touristy.

Although on the edge of the tourist area (15 mins walk), the area was very quiet and facilities such as supermarkets, bar, restaurants locally are much cheaper than the tourist areas. Plus once you've been a couple of times to the bars/restaurants, its like you live there and all are very friendly - felt very safe at night going home late. The apartment is close to the weekly street market on Mondays also. The apartment itself has everything you need (we normally have to buy some items). It has a balcony around so you can sit outside on an evening. We stay in apartments every year and this is the best one yet - we will certainly be going back. Although there is a taxi rank nearby, Mayka also arranged for a taxi pick up for us to go back to the airport so we didn't have to walk with our luggage.

the apartment was fantastic nice and bright plenty of space it was a 9 min walk to old town and about 6 min to the beach plenty of supermarkets close would highly recommend staying here

The area was lovely walking distance to the old town and lively marina beautiful beach. Great short break away.
