The fine print
As established in the current regulations from Andalusian government (Decree-Law 2/2024, of January 29) and in compliance with the Special Drought Plan of the Demarcación Hidrográfica de las Cuencas Mediterraneas Andaluzas (DHCMA) has been temporarily prohibited the use of swimming pools, Jacuzzis, saunas, water for irrigation, etc., until further notice with the aim of reducing consumption and guaranteeing the human supply.Please note that it is mandatory to pay the full amount of the deposit before the check-in date. If the deposit is not paid in full before the check-in date, your reservation will be considered non-refundable and you will not be allowed access to the property.In addition, a photo ID of all guests staying at the property must be presented.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

More pluses than minuses 1. Communication with the agency/landlord was excellent. Clear instructions on obtaining the key were provided, including images. 2. The price-to-quality ratio is outstanding. 3. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, making it easy to walk around even at night. 4. The apartment had everything we needed—and more—including towels, shower accessories, olive oil, coffee, spices, etc. 5. The terrace was so amazing that we spent almost the entire day there. 6. The €500 deposit was not charged in advance, which was convenient as there was no need to wait for its return.

Excellent communication from host. Very clean and aircon worked well. Quiet location, minutes walk from supermarket. Great pools and local facilities.
