We returned to stay at this apartment for second time, very happy with this apartment - very spacious with two double rooms and balcony with lovely swimming pool and grounds, Location great and walk to Marbella centre. Owner lives nearby very welcoming and and was always available if needed.

Very clean and spacious city apartment with garage. Garage essential in this area. Washing machine. Large balcony with sea view. Old town and Dali statue park within walking distance. Mercadona 2 minutes walk away. Very attentive and friendly host.

PARKING is convenient under the building. TERRACE is big with a sea view. LOCATION is not too far from the old town—you can walk along the beach.

The apartment is in a great location just a couple of minutes walk from the beach and easy walking distance to the marina and town. The facilities are very good and the large balcony, with views to the mountains and the sea, was a lovely spot to sit in the sunshine.
