I loved location, the room was big and my floor had sea view. the staff in this place are very friendly and welcoming to guests. Every need and request was attended to. the planning for facility is excellent

DISAPPOINTING ARRIVAL EXPERIENCE. We arrived at Otia Hotel on the night of 11 July after an exhausting 12-hour drive, only to be told that there were no rooms available despite having a confirmed booking through Booking.com. We were informed that the hotel had been overbooked from the previous day and that no rooms could be provided. We kept waiting for nearly 3 hours, repeatedly being told that "the boss is on the way." During this time, not a single staff member offered so much as a glass of water, and the attitude from the manager Noor was shockingly rude and unhelpful. There was no apology, no courtesy, and not even a smile. Eventually, two rooms were "found" - the exact ones we had originally booked - but we were further delayed by issues with inactive key cards. Thankfully, those were resolved, and we were finally checked in. To be clear, the rooms themselves are good, and the hotel has potential, but the customer service was absolutely unacceptable. The lack of professionalism, empathy, and basic hospitality from the manager leaves a very bitter taste. Would not recommend it unless the management seriously improves.
