I had a great stay at LivINN Hotel St Paul East. The property is very clean, modern, and comfortable — everything felt well maintained and thoughtfully designed. The rooms were cozy and inviting, making it easy to relax after a long day. I also appreciated the self-service laundry room, which was a convenient bonus during my work trip. In my case, I was visiting 3M Headquarters, which is just around the corner, so the location couldn’t have been better for that purpose. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort and convenience.

Convenient location in front of 3M headquarters. There is a lake on one side. Close to St Paul downtown. Modern style. Very good breakfast. Comfortable and clean.
