The location is 10/10, but the entry system was challenging at first, as were the long flights of stone stairs - for older clients and luggage, at least! Francesca responded very quickly to our queries and problems, but although very stylish and attractive, the apartment was lacking in many details: eg. bins only in the kitchen, heated towel rails that wouldn’t switch on; problems with showers; broken bedside tables; intrusive light and noise from other apartments (though it was very quiet outside). Someone also infiltrated the payment system and tried to scam us into paying twice. They didn’t succeed, but it was disconcerting….However, it’s a perfect location in a charming city.

The home comfort was good ,and the opening of doors with the application was good at first I didn't get it but its works out later with the customer support well done.

It was a very smart and artistic renovation of a wonderful old building. The apartment was located smack at the center of Mantova.
