Well located, ten minutes to the historic center, very comfortable. The owner is lovely and very accomodating. Plentiful hot water, fluffy towels. There is a coffee maker and a fridge in the ‘common space’.

Pretty spacious and clean room, host Debora lives in the house and is very nice and helpful, small breakfast surprisingly included for free, short walking distance to the historic old town.

Great place to stay, just a 5-minute walk into town and far enough away from the sounds of people. Although there is early morning traffic noise, itt wasn't that bad. The host was most helpful, recommending places to go and see. Mantova is a fantastic city, so much to see and do. Get a Mantova card from the tourist info centre. Even though it covers you for 3 days, you will benefit from it in a day.

Deborah was an amazing host. She welcomed us with very helpful advice and information. Offered us a welcome coffee. We were given a light breakfast (including her delicious freshly baked cake one morning) even though it was not included in our booking. Coffee, tea and water were always available. Although it wasn't in the historic part of town it was in easy access and midway between palazzo Ducale and palazzo Te. She let us leave our luggage there after check- out which was really helpful.
