It was cool, elegant and spotlessly clean. We requested secure parking, which was an additional cost, but worth the peace of mind. We were offered free drinks in the rooftop bar on arrival, and upgraded to a suite that had dual aspect across the old town and a small balcony with table and chairs. Staff were excellent - knowledgeable and helpful.

Excellent location right in the centre of the historic quarter of Mantua, lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The rooftop bar is fantastic with views over the city and streets. There is a large market in the streets outside on Friday mornings. Excellent breakfast.

This is a true luxury hotel. The staff is professional, the rooms are spotless and feel nearly new, the amenities work perfectly, and the breakfast is among the best. The location is the best in Mantova.
