Please note that Check-in and key's pickup takes place at Hotel Gonzaga, in Piazza Sordello 52. It is less than 100m from the property. A surcharge of EUR 25,00 per room applies for arrivals after h 23:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The property is in a restricted traffic area. If you wish to reach the property directly by car, you can purchase a pass at check-in, which also allows you to park in the area and costs EUR 2,60 per day. In order to reach the property directly, please set your GPS device on Via dell'Accademia.The operation of the air conditioning and heating systems of the facility are subject to municipal regulations and good practices communicated at the national level.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Instructions (address) on on-line booking were incorrect. Parking was not available as suggested. Room is minimalistic which can be ok BUT not functional; there is an air condition unit for which you don't have a controller. You can't even control the heat and you must contact the concierge; through change the setting, but it does not work well and can't call every half hour!!! To make things worse there are no blocking curtains/blinds so you are annoyed by the outside lights and get woken up early by sunshine!!!

I recently stayed at Ca’ Tazzoli in Mantua and was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service. Prior to my arrival, a courteous lady from the hotel contacted me to provide detailed information, ensuring a seamless check-in despite my late arrival. This proactive approach greatly facilitated my travel plans. The hotel’s central location is ideal, situated near Piazza Sordello and within walking distance of Mantua’s major attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant stay.
