Makati is a good area for first time travellers to the Philippines. The Mini Suites rooms are tiny but clean. There are restaurants, cafes etc close by and loved the covered walkway all the way to Greenbelt (to avoid walking on the busy roads)

The location is great and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Salcedo weekend market is an easy walk from there and so is the Ayala triangle which has some green spaces and nice restaurants. Only downside is that there is currently some construction going on which has closed off the walkway that allows you to walk easily from the hotel to Greenbelt. However, walking along Ayala avenue is a great alternative.

The location is perfect. Walking distance to literally everything: Greenbelt/Glorietta, Poblacion, Ayala Triangle, etc. Plenty of cafes and restaurants within the area.

This is the second time I have been here. The first time, my room old, the whole floor felt unsafe. This second time was better, it was cleaner and looked renovated. I am glad as its was my brother's first stay and it did not disappoint.
