The location is close to the malls and easy pickup point

well equipped, and very hard to do much better on price in this part of Pasay City. very clean with anything you need to cook simple meals, but lots of very good dining options close by. easy hike to MOA. we had four and it is a bit cramped for four, but everyone had adequate sleeping arrangements. note that parking is not free and can be quite expensive. there is a lot by the East West Bank that costs 300/day. I think the basement parking is 800/day, but I used the bank lot. Good security, and no weird criminal types hanging around at all. WIFI was very good/fast.

The location was perfect for my Itineraries! The unit was clean and everything was in order.King was a great host and always helpful. Kings staycation was recommendable 🥰
