staffs- we didn't like the TV's reception, it's quite blurry, maintenance had a look and they quickly change it to a bigger one, whoah! that was quick! I appreciate their quick response to our concerns. good job guys! breakfast- love the food, the staffs are quick to attend to our request (including taking photos haha) location - it's just a few steps from the church I am attending and near my favourite Robinson's galleria pool - love the jacuzzi and the size of it! comfort - pillows and bed are very comfy!

Everything. the room is very clean upon my request due to mt daughter’s asthma and the staff are very helpful. i included breakfast for my stay with families which the food and the service are great.

Love love the spacious bedroom and bathroom. Bed is extraordinarily comfy! Very clean, housekeeping does an excellent job everyday! The location is perfect too as it is very close to shopping malls and restaurants. 100% will be back here on our next trip to the Philippines.
