I would've rated it an 8 but had challenges with the overall experience. What's good about the place is that it is near some important establishments, most especially the government offices in Cubao area. This is a good place to stay just for a night (not for long stays) if you ought to find a place to rest. They have the basic needs in the room: electric kettle, mini fridge, slippers, toiletries and towels, hot and cold bath, working a/c and drinking water can be refilled (from a gallon of water in the hallway) using the pitcher inside the room. The customer service part is okay. Breakfast is included on the option I booked so it was convenient given that the restaurant is only in 2nd floor. Pillows and bed were decent, not a 10/10 for comfort but it was okay. They even had freebies when we checked out.

An amazing hotel for the price, the location is great right next to a couple of malls, you get pretty much unlimited water for as long as the little water tanks are filled, there is shared water for each room distributed by tanks in the hallway which is lukewarm but that was not a bother for us as they were mostly always filled. The breakfast was good for the price it was well made and tasted great, and the staff are all so nice they even found my husband’s phone on the stairs and gave it back to the front desk so when we went looking there it was. All in all the room was great nothing really to complain about except for minor issues but honestly it wasn’t really of an inconvenience for us and the price is really good for the quality you get.

All was good. The bedding smells nice, one of the nicest out of all the hotels I had stayed given the price. Highly recommend the place.
