everything. from booking, to checking in, until check out. the process was smooth, ang bait ng host, maayos and malinis po yung unit, lamig ng aircon, may kitchewares. may parking din. plus the balcony with pool view, gandaaa!

Location is very safe and easy to locate for your grab food orders. This place is very close to MOA arena, IKEA, and MOA mall. It's like 7mim walk. If your in Manila to watch events that is held in MOA arena, this place is a star for me. Host is very accommodating and very helpful.

For an airbnb type of accommodation, this property exceeded my expectations. Rooms are cool with air-conditioning. Should you need to cook, the kitchen is fully equipped with stove, pots, pans, utensils. Flow of hot water is pretty impressive. The outdoor swimming pool is great with about $2-$3US per head. Safety is a plus, there are security guards roaming the property 24/7. There are two 24hr convenience stores at the ground level of the opposite sides of the property/building. Location is about 4 minutes' walk from the Mall of Asia. There is an ATM across the street. Above all, the best thing about our stay was the host - she ensured that we were comfortable throughout our stay, prompt on getting back with our questions and providing good additional tips, and even after we had left the country, she had gone out of her way and tracked down a rideshare driver regarding a lost a phone during our stay.
