Cheap and cheery is probably my best summation. You get what you pay for and this accommodation is ok if your stay is not about the accommodation! Good location, nice walks around and close to amenities etc.

Location - excellent, walking distance to everything we needed. Restaurants, the Mandurah Estuary etc etc.
