clean area, stayed over after a festival for 2 nights- breakfast is there if you wanted it and easy to get to and walk around- rooms were clean and perfect for the occasion. check in was easy and staff were there to help

The staff were really lovely and friendly. They all made us feel very welcome. We had a lovely family room which was very spacious and very clean. Lovely little touches like a mini fridge, tea and coffee facilities, a fan because it was an extremely hot day when we stayed and some toiletries. Also a lovely complimentary breakfast was provided too. The location was great for us. We attended a concert at Heaton Park which was a 30 minute walk away.
