Bed was comfortable quite after 21:00. Easy access to Manchester Royal hospital. Very peaceful place.

No breakfast option but tea/hot chocolate were free. Room was secure. Smokers were catered for. House rules were clear and easy to follow.

Very nice and safe neighbourhood, smooth check-in, quiet room, comfortable bed! Manchester centre is 30mins if you walk!
