The host was very welcoming. I rang him the day before we arrived shortly after id made the reservation to check it was all legit and to speak and confirm things. As id never booked an apartment. Had last minute change in circumstances 24hrs prior. Emmanuel was absolutely fantastic . Responded immediately to me. Met us at property ahead of us arriving. Comunication on route was fantastic He Opend up the rear of the property to allow my partner to park on the driveway hiden within a 6ft fence n gate and locking system . so his car was secure and safe. Was very polite and welcomed us with such a warm welcome. Congrstulated my son as we were there for his graduation. shook hands with us all. Spoke to both my younger children warmly welcomed them especially my 5yr old. The property was immaculate. Few changes in decor and furnishings from photos on website. but very modern. Very well equpited. Even with tea, coffe, suger was provided latest cutlery and kitchen ware. And products.. House was exactly what we needed and more. We didn't want to leave..had we of been able to would of exstended our stay. Highly recomend .would definitely stay here again. Rebook with Emmanuel. Exstreamly reasonbly priced to for 4 bedroom property . Siruated outside a primary school didnt effect us we wernt in property during school hours. Wasnt issue for us. Less than 8 mins in uber to city and under £6 in uber . Really ideal. Cheaper to go to city in uber than to drive and pay parking. Ubers arrived instantly outside property. Solid doors in the property. Smoke alarms fitted everywhere. Cant fault it.

House was excellent as it had 4 decent sized double rooms. Location was brilliant as close to Manchester and to the Co-op live arena. The garden is nice and the area is very quiet. Tea and coffee was provided although we did bring our own. Excellent communication throughout with all questions answered quickly
