The owner contacted us before arrival to ensure she was there for our check-in and met us at the carpark, which is a secured garage. Small things like fresh milk and water in the fridge were provided. Board games, toiletries (shampoo/shower gel), and netflix were also included, which i wasn't expecting. Great location from City Centre via car. Tram station close by and Tesco across the road. Balcony overviewing a canal. Italian restaurant 20second walk away, cheap and cheerful.
