Noise levels must be kept to a minimum between 21:00 and 08:00 as this accommodation is located in a residential area. Parking is limited to 1 vehicle per booking. Children are welcome at the property. However, the property cannot provide travel cots or high chairs.Guests need to complete requirements to stay in this property: Government-issued photo ID for all guests over 16 years old, Vehicle Registration, and an agreement form which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. I’m glad we booked this as there was lots of different rooms to hang out in and just have our own space. Parking was available right in front of the house and that made it easy to unload our stuff. Asda was only down the road and that was great because we like to cook our own meals. It was a clean house with comfy beds. And good value for money so will definitely stay again

This house exceeded expectations! The space was impeccably clean and modern, with stylish furnishings and comfortable beds. It felt brand new, and the host even mentioned it had just been redecorated – the pictures don't do it justice! The kitchen was well-equipped for all our cooking needs, and the thoughtful touches like complimentary tea and coffee upon arrival were greatly appreciated. The host was incredibly accommodating – early check-in wasn't a problem, which was a huge help after a long journey. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Manchester.
