Breakfast was a good variety of cold and hot, with GF options. Hot food was constantly being replenished. Bed comfortable and bathroom clean

Got a free room upgrade to the kings suite which was an amazing room and then the breakfast included the next day was beautiful.

This hotel is in a great location for us, being so near to Piccadilly train station. The bedroom had air conditioning, which was most welcome in this current heatwave. The hotel also provided us with a fan on request, for an extra blast of cooling when required. The bed was really comfortable, with lovely linen and a choice of firm & soft pillows. The toiletries were so nice I even purchased some to take home with me. Breakfast was good value for money with lots to choose from, I would definitely recommend. The staff at reception were super helpful and always jolly, which is not always the case these days. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and hope to return again in the future.

Location is excellent and the hotel was immaculately clean and fresh. The staff were friendly but professional at all times. The air conditioning was really good and needed, we stayed on a weekend when it had been over 30 degrees but the hotel and rooms especially were always cool. Would highly recommended the breakfast if pre booked with the room its great value.
