We arrived at the hotel to find an issue with the booking. The staff soon fixed this and an upgrade was offered for the inconvenience . Fantastic customer service.

The breakfast was amazing, only missing some black pudding. The cleanliness was apparent. Chilled water available in the bar to all was a nice touch.
