Room service is not available.Guests are advised the same card that was used to make the booking will be required to take the payment.Please note that this property does not accept cash or cheques as a method of payment.Weekly cleans are provided for stays over 7 nights, for stays less than 7 nights no housekeeping will be provided. Additional cleaning can be arranged at extra cost.Any items left behind in the apartments and/or public areas will be stored for a maximum of 30 days from the departure date. Items will be given to charity unless claimed within the specified time frame.Kindly note the guest is liable for any damages made to the property by themselves during their stay, and will be charged for damages if necessary.Baby cots can be provided free of charge subject to availability. Extra beds are not available, however extra bedding can be provided at a GBP 15 extra fee, subject to availability. Apartments with sofa beds can also be requested at extra chargePlease inform in advance of your expected arrival time. “Reasonably priced, comfortable stay”

The rooms were really comfortable and modern, had everything you could need - the coffee pods in the room were especially nice. The bathroom was pristine. We also really enjoyed being able to use the pool and the gym. On top of this the breakfast options were great, I personally much preferred being able to pick from a menu rather than buffet style which most hotels would offer - it was really good to have the option of tofu with some of the breakfast options. On top of all this the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming.

The Hotel is excellent. The facilities are good. The pool, jacuzzi ,Embankment kitchen .the al la carte breakfast was good My only problem, was the air conditioning was poor. They gave me a different room but it was similar. The telephone does not work, I'm told its being modernised. The staff were polite and pleasant. I will commend the receptionist Ravi. Not only did he give me a different room, he came to the room to take my luggage. This I consider above and beyond the call of duty. Thank You Ravi. Overall it's got everything you would need for a good Hotel.

The location is great for myself as it is so near where I need to be for work, The apartments are always clean and rooms inviting The breakfast is good if included in the hotel but not worth paying for separately
