The fine print
Please note that the city tax 5% will be calculated on the total amount including the 10% service charge and 5% VAT which amounts to 21.275% of the Total Price. Please note that the maximum number of extra beds/children’s cot permitted in a room is 1, except in Deluxe Rooms which cannot accommodate extra beds. Child under 12 stay free of charge in the deluxe room when using existing beds. For guests who would like to use the airport shuttle, please contact the property 24 hours in advance with flight details. In case of last minute bookings, please contact the property at least 4 hours in advance. Please note that guests will be charged for bringing alcohol from outside the hotel.We would like to inform you that during the holy month of Ramadan, there will be a continuous renovation work taking place on the 3rd floor right wing of our hotel. Please be aware that construction noise is expected daily, except on Fridays, from 1 pm to 6 pm. The resort has a top- notch facilities and Spa. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Although the resort was very busy due to Eid holidays, the staff were still very accommodating.
