From the moment I arrived, Downtown Rotana exceeded all my expectations. The check-in process was smooth and professional. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of this vibrant city, just minutes away from The Avenues Mall and other major attractions. I especially loved the stunning view of Bahrain Bay from my top-floor room—it was breathtaking, both during the day and at night. The room was spacious, clean, and modern. The rooftop pool and lounge area were perfect for relaxing, and the breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious. The staff were consistently warm, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. A big applause to Chef David, Restaurant at Level 2 for scrumptious buffet breakfast and food. Special thanks to Mr Ali & Awais at reception for ensuring quick and smooth check-in process.
