The location of the hotel is not very convenient. Google Maps shows a confusing route that goes around unnecessarily. The staff at the property is very helpful. Mr. Harish Kumar provided exceptional support during our visit. Our car broke down near Manu Temple. I called the hotel, and Mr. Harish answered the call. He came to the spot, drove our car himself, and brought us safely to the hotel. Mr. Harish Kumar is a truly kind-hearted person. We stayed there for three days. The experience felt like staying with family. I will definitely stay with Mr. Harish again on my next visit to Manali.

We were four friends visiting Manali looking for a place that felt like family and we found that feeling at ArtBuzz Manali. The food was delicious and the front office team was very warm and welcoming. A big thanks to Mr. Harish Bhaiya ji, who made everything special and made us feel at home. Truly a memorable stay
