Good value for money, modern, new, very clean apartment and well equiped. Really big room, modern big bathroom with a huge walk in shower, big kitchen and an incredible balcony with amazing views of the lake and of the Black Sea. Excelent wifi (we were able to work online), aircon, big Tv, washing machine, huge frige with freezer, nice lamp beds with wireless charging, bathroom mirror with Led lights, an so on. It has anything we needed and more. Easy self checkin. Clean up and changing towels and sheets halfway through the stay. Situated by the lake, at 10 min away from the beach and sea. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets near by. And last but not least, the extreme kindness of the owner with a late checkout and with everything we needed We highly recommend it!!

The apartment has all the facilities to prepare yourself a breakfast- toaster, stove , dishes , refrigerator, coffee machine. And drinking the coffee out on the balcony with lake view is priceless. I felt like I m in my home away from from home since I enter the apartment. Very nice location - lake on the right side and the sea on the left across the main road.....
