The hotel is very clean, located 2 minutes away from the beach and 5 minutes from the Mamaia Casino - the central part of Mamaia. The room was small, but the aircon was great, we had a sea view and the sheets were very very clean. The breakfast was also very good - nothing fancy but delicious and fresh. Also a big plus is the check-out time- 12.00 o clock.

Location. The room is on the small side, but clean. There was no black tea for breakfast, but they gladly provided us the tea when I asked. 😊

I really liked Hotel Ovidiu from all points of view: very good location near the beach, sea view from our room, good options for lunch and dinner around the hotel, quiet during the night that is very rare for Mamaia . The breakfast was the same every day but included everything you needed. The receptionists were very helpful and gave us the room when we arrived around 11 a.m., and check out was convenient around 12. Comfortable bed and pillows. Most of all, it was clean, bed sheets were changed every 2 days, and towels each time it was needed. Overall good value for money.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel is located super close to a huge stretch of beach. The hotel room was small but clean and well-maintained. Plenty of shops, restaurants and bars nearby and a buffet breakfast which is provided by the hotel.
