The location is great, everything's been very close the beach, restaurants, shops, the bus station. The apartment is absolutely clean, cozy and has everything what you need for a very comfortable stay, so you immediately feel like at home. The hosts {Jelena and her husband} are very nice and kind people who are making their guests feeling like meeting close friends, although you are meeting them for the first time. They willingly met our special request {checking sooner, before the official check in, etc.} and the communication with them has been always very prompt and smooth. I can just warmly recommend this property to other people, whether they go with their partner only, or the whole family !!!

This stay really exceeded all our expectations. The hosts Jelena and Andreja were very friendly and the apartment was amazing - very homey, nice decor, kitchen with everything you need and a comfortable double bed with an extra single bed. Everything was very clean and neatly put together and honestly it was one of the nicest apartments we've been in. We've also kindly been offered to use the big terrace in the shade with a big charcoal grill. The parking spot also has a roof so it's protected from the heat. The beaches are just a short stroll away (2-3 mins) and you have nice beach bars in all directions. Out of many stays in Malinska, this was our favorite spot so far.

My family went there and was thrilled with everything. The terrace was a selling point. Communication with the host was great. Very close to the beach.

Even though we were staying in the studio apartma it had everything and more. The terrace was nice and spacious. A lot of space to move around and sit down. The hostess was kind and helpful and we had private parking. It is 3 min walk to the beach.
