The location in Malcesine close to the lake. The spectacular views in all directions. The breakfast, especially the omelette etc. freshly prepared by the Chef to your requirements. The friendship and attention of all the staff, particularly Jennifer and Danielle at reception. This was a special trip to celebrate my 80th birthday. We had hoped to include “La Traviata” in the Roman Amphitheatre in Verona, but left arrangements to the last minute. Enter the chivalrous Danielle, who arranged everything for us. I could go on and on, suffice it to say that we would be amazed if there is a better hotel in Malcesine.

Facilities fantastic, staff exceptional couldn’t do enough for you always with a smile and breakfast delicious. Our favourite the hot pool among the olive trees!
