Incredible location, nestled just a 10min walk from Malcesine in the hill side, at the end of a quiet cul de sac, the Villa is perfectly placed for enjoying the towns sights, either by foot or by car/bike. We were staying for a friends wedding at the castle, so we decided to book a few extra days to make the most of the trip, 8 of us stayed at the villa for 6 days, and we all resoundingly agreed it was beyond our expectations, the villa speaks for itself, but it was thanks to Antonella that we had such a great experience, the communication via booking.com and whatsapp was excellent, prompt and always helpful, from the moment we arrived at the airport to the day we left, she was always available to help us with any query we had, whether it was about the features/functionality of the villa, or arranging taxis or the local sights/sounds to enjoy, she was amazing! The photos don't do the villa justice, it's not until you arrive and sit in the gardens, that you truly appreciate how magnificent this place is, we did get very lucky with the weather during our stay, it was around 27-28 every day, which was unusual for that time of year, even with that heat the pool which is lovely, is still like an ice bath, it's not heated, but didn't stop us enjoying it! The wellness Spa/Sauna room was also lovely after a long days walk around the town. Inside the villa is really spacious with 4 double bedrooms and a large open plan living area, the best room is probably the mezzanine with a view across the lake (just) from the balcony. Overall one of the best trips we've had, fully recommend it if you are going to Malcesine.

Very peaceful location yet only 10 minutes walk from the centre. Lots of space to relax and enjoy the facilities and the host was excellent, checking in regularly to make sure we had everything required

Everything was perfect, our family stayed for a week as we got married at the castle. The garden was beautiful, hot tub and sauna amazing. Great location and an amazing host!

The Villa was beautiful and the photographs didn't show the spaciousness. The host was so helpful regarding check in and recommendations around the local area. We would definitely stay here again. As we were on holiday during a heatwave the air conditioning was a blessing and very functional. The pool was checked daily and the surrounding gardens maintained beautifully
