We stayed at this hotel as a family of three – two adults and one child – and overall had a lovely experience. This hotel is extremely family-friendly, and I doubt there are many places around Lake Garda that offer such great value for money for families with children. There was an outdoor playground, an indoor mini club, and several pools at different depths suitable for kids. However, the pool water was not heated, which might be worth keeping in mind depending on the season. The hotel staff were excellent – friendly, helpful, and always available. One downside was the air conditioning in our room, which wasn’t powerful enough to cope with the hot June sun. The room got uncomfortably warm, which unfortunately affected our child’s sleep. Another issue was the live music concerts held in the hotel’s inner courtyard every evening until 11 PM. While we appreciate entertainment, the volume was very high and clearly audible from our room, making it difficult to fall asleep. I believe the performances would still be enjoyable if the music was a bit quieter and ended a little earlier – especially for families with young children. Despite these small drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this hotel for families traveling with kids. Just be sure to request a room that doesn’t face the courtyard if you’re hoping for quieter evenings.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating to all requests. The breakfast boasts a great selection of foods - sweet and savoury.
