Kim “Fabulous apartment with wonderful views, but be aware of the 120+ stairs to reach it”

Spotlessly clean, large, very well-equipped apartment on the 3rd floor (see comments below about the stairs), with good-sized balcony perfect for watching the sunset (6:30pm mid-September). Comfortable bed & living room furniture. Kitchen with everything you need. Mosquito screens on all the windows (although there were very few biters around). Amazing view of the lake from the balcony. Parking card to allow you to park free in the public car park just along the road. QR codes to get access to lots of useful info & local recommendations (we tried one of the restaurants - Vidoc, and had a delicious evening meal). Andrea and Matteo available for help on WhatsApp. Apartment had AC but was not needed when we were there - it was lovely & cool in the apartment. Very pleasant 20 minute walk along the lake-front path to Malcesine.
