The staff was very friendly and spoke good English. You could tell they are also the ones behind the whatsapp for their 3 day east Java tour where any questions were answered quickly and accurately. Everything for the east Java tour was also very clearly communicated which was great.

The private room was comfortable and spacious. The bathroom is clean. The hotel offers tour service, the staff is very helpful, I didn't have problems with late check in at night time. The hotel has a kitchen, possible to have a delicious breakfast

Very good location and value for money, also well organized tours and makes everything easy and convenient. Good ventilation even without aircon. The bathrooms are clean and has hairdryer. The restaurant and tour suggestions are excellent
