Staff are super friendly and helpful, they have 24h reception service and the breakfast buffet is delicious and very varied indonesian cuisine. They offer parking service too and held our luggage for the day after checkout. Rooms are super clean and they provide toiletries.

Friendly staff. Basic room that was good for a few nights. Lots of choices at breakfast (mostly indonesian). Cheap room service!

The hotel's location was great. Not too far from our family residents. The rooms are small but comfortable enough to be a hub if you spend time mostly strolling the city or visiting destination near Malang (such as JATIM PARK in Batu) The staff are really helpful and responsive. Iron, hairdryer and hot cattle are available by request. Food during breakfast is also good (simple but ok).

The staff were excellent and very accommodating. They helped to book a trip and were polite throughout. The room was clean and to a good standard for the price.
