* The RECEPTION is open from 9:00 to 14:00 and from 17:00 to 21:00. Please let us know if you arrive outside these hours so that we can send you check-in instructions.
* CHECK-IN is from 14:00. In case you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage at the reception.
* CHECK-OUT is until 11:30am.
* BREAKFAST is served from 9:00 to 11:00. If you leave before 9:00, we can prepare a picnic for you.
* The KITCHEN is open from 9:00 to 21:00.
* PETS are always welcome on request.
* There is no PARKING on site, but free parking is available on the streeT and in the surrounding area.
* There is NO LIFT at the house. If you have any MOVILITY difficulties , please inform us in advance, so as to be assigned a room on the ground floor.Guests arriving after 22:00 are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance. the room was very clean. location was very central, just few minutes walking to the main city centre. Breakfast was optional

Very friendly and helpful staff and owner. Nice room on the street side with a pleasant outlook. Just a few minutes walk to the old city centre which was good in a nice area. Nice area at the front of the villa to eat breakfast or have an evening drink.

The Guest House is decorated nicely, the staff is very friendly and everything is on a walking distance. The breakfast also was very tasty.
