The location, as its merely 400m from the pedestrian downtown but also allowing to avoid busy roads if driving. The host has been also very welcoming and providing guidance on what to do locally.

Location. All attractions in the city are located a few minutes from the apartment and can be visited on foot. The owner is communicative and approachable.
