if you arrive later than 22:00 pm, you will be charged 30 euros for night check in, and after 00:00 am at night, you will be charged 50 euros for early check in. thank you.
if there are more than 6 people, or more than 3 days of reservation, the establishment may choose to charge a deposit of 200 euros, which if the group that is going to accommodation, it is a bachelor party, the deposit is set at 500 euros to be paid in cash upon arrival, and will be returned in the same way at 12:30 pm on departure, once the property has been verified. It is also included that from 300 euros of reservation price, the property can choose to request cash payment upon arrival when handing over keys and parking. thank you so muchThis property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

The location of the accommodation was fantastic. Our host Javi gave us detailed instructions for parking in the garage and getting to the accommodation. He allowed us to leave our things early and freshen up. He gave us excellent restaurant recommendations and was available at all times on WhatsApp. The accommodation was very neat, clean, warm and comfortable. Recommendations 10/10.

- Perfect location, within minutes of walking you are in the city. - Private parking is perfect, just around the corner of the appartment - The owner is very nice and helpful - The appartement has everything you need. A complete kitchen, an iron, 2 outside area's, a washing machine, good airconditioning.
