Please note no visitors are allowed to enter the apartment.In Spain, if you own a place for tourists to stay, you have to keep a record of who stays there. It’s a rule that’s not widely known. This record needs to be shared with the authorities, like the Civil Guard, to ensure public safety.The traveler registration form must be filled in at check-in with the details of guests aged 16 and over. The registration form must be sent to the authorities within 24 hours of the arrival or departure of the guests. And also, the travel registrations must be registered by the host in a travel register book, which can be in physical or digital format, with a minimum of 100 pages and a maximum of 500 pages.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. The hosts were exceptionally kind, helpful and supportive during a difficult time for me, as I had a relative in the nearby hospital. A couple of things went wrong on the first day (the kettle and the toilet) and they were mended immediately. The location of this flat is great, close to the hospital, supermarkets and transport.

Host was very friendly. We arrived really late in the evening, but they waited outside until we arrived with our taxi. They showed us the apartment. They had small little presents for out baby and toddler which was very nice :) They answered our questions really quick before and during our stay. Great host!!! I can really recommend!!!

The location is perfect. We really like to walk, the place is 30 min walking to the beach, and 20 min walking to dowtown. The AC is great in the two rooms.
