The fine print
Please note that there is an extra charge for late check-in starting from 20:00 as follows:
-From 20:00 to 21:00 EUR 20.
-From 22:00 to 00:00 EUR 30.
-From 00:00 to 2 am EUR 40.* Please note that bed linen and towels are provided (per person and per stay). For stays longer than 6 nights we offer an additional change of towels as a courtesy.*For stays of less than 6 nights you will have to pay at the property for the following extra charges: 10€ per set of towels if required by the guest.-It is not allowed to play loud music in the apartment out of respect for the neighbors.
-It is forbidden to deposit garbage bags in the common areas of the building.
-Please, always carry your keys with you. The trip to the apartment to open the door for this reason after 9 pm will cost 25 euros.
-Guests must be careful not to lose or leave the keys inside the lock. In the event that this occurs, the cost of repairing the lock or copying the keys will be assumed by the guest. "IMPORTANT: Makeup-stained or irreparably stained towels can be claimed by the customer for replacement. The cost is 10€/towel."This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We were provided with clear instructions right from the moment we booked. Nuria meet us on arrival and took her time to show us the apartment and answer any question. The apartment is beautifully appointed with well portion rooms. The location was bang smack in the middle of Malaga which gave you easy access to everything that you needed. This apartment was perfect for our overnight stay.

Lovely staff, very clean, plenty of space, balcony, small kitchen well equipped. The location was fantastic, just round the corner from the main market. Looks even better in real life than the pictures!

Location is central walking distance to everything, the railway station, market, shops, attractions, bars, restaurants and the harbour/promenade.
