The fine print
The apartment has remote access (it is not necessary to stop by the office to collect the keys). 24-hour remote access.The apartment is in a private building, there is no reception/staff on site. Before arrival you have to 1) complete the online check in and 2) pay the security deposit online, refundable 3-4 days after check out.Only once the apartment is ready/available we will give/share the keys. If you arrive before 16:00 you cannot go straight to the apartment. You are welcome to come to our office and storage luggage here while the apartment is ready.Office hours: 10:00 to 20:30. Address: Paseo Reding 3, 29016, Malaga.Emergency line available 24/7 via phone. No WhatsApp chat/calls available from 21:00 to 10:00.Guests will receive a rental agreement (check in/registration online) which must be completed and signed prior to arrival.In respect of hygiene guidelines, we do not leave cooking staples like salt, oil, etc.Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 12 euros per pet/per night.Cot and high chairs are also available, and are 6,5 € per item/per night. The apartment was perfect with two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen area and a living room area. Very modern, clean and functional. Communication with CH was efficient, prompt and professional. There was remote access to the apartment so all very easy. Right under the apartment there was a very nice bar “Restaurante cafeteria churreria Martin” and in front the main train station “Maria Zambrato” with destinations to Madrid, Seville, etc. Inside there were a vast selection of shops and a supermarket too. And just five minutes round the corner was a very big shopping centre with shops and restaurants/fast foods called “Larios”. The apartment was really well located with the city centre at just a 15 minute walk away. Private parking was not included in the price of the stay (€21 a night, indoors) yet conveniently situated under the apartment building. Highly recommended.

Excellent location of the apartment, on a completely quiet street with almost no cars, only 3 minutes from the train station and the street with the apartment ended at the bridge at the beginning of the center. The apartment was spacious and very clean. The equipment was almost new. Dishes, electrical appliances, towels, everything was great. Communication with the host was fast, accurate, they often asked if everything was OK. Perfect WIFI. If you want to travel to the surrounding areas, like Granda, Cordoba, etc., and at the same time not far from the center, this apartment is the best. Clean, air-conditioned and warm in winter. We recommend.

I would give 10 stars if I could! We absolutely loved our stay in the 2 bedroomed apartment. It was bigger than expected, well equipped, spotlessly clean, comfortable and tastefully furnished. Although on a busy road, we couldn’t hear noise from the street below, and all slept well. Communication from Cristina was amazing. Easy access and instructions given on the day of arrival, super quick replies to messages and she showed care and attention throughout. The location was great. Right next to a lovely cafe by day, bar by night with friendly staff, and great churros. A cafe and bakery round the corner, train station 2 minutes walk away. The old town, castles, roman theatre, waterfront and many, many bars and restaurants were a short taxi ride away and in the warmer months would be a pleasant walk along the dock area. We were very happy with our choice and would stay here again.

We really liked the beautiful location and the apartment in the new building during our first visit to Malaga, the quiet neighborhood and surroundings created an additional atmosphere, just a 7-minute walk from the main train station, the market and the nearby shopping mall, this apartment offers everything you need for nice vacation
