Brand new well equipped apartment, A/C is working very well and you need it. Location is really good, very central. Staff was very helpful. We can also stay there next time

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment with balcony on the first floor facing the street. The space was not exactly like the photos but there are many variations of apartments managed by this company. We were nevertheless delighted with our stay and plan to stay again the next time we’re in the city. Our apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen space. Although the bathroom was a bit snug, the shower itself was spacious and lovely to use. The bedroom overlooked the inner courtyard and had good soundproofing so we slept really well. We were not bothered by the street noise at all, Carreteria is a lovely vibrant street and we had a great view from the lovely balcony. The cafes, bars and coffee shops opposite the apartments are excellent. The communal areas inside the apartment were clean and security was good. The reception staff were charming and helpful. We throughly enjoyed our stay at Pinar.

Stayed previously in a different apartment which was superb. We stayed in 2 bedroom with balcony this time and experience wasn't as good unfortunately. Air con was set to such a low fan speed it was no use, 35 degrees in July and air-conditioning was needed. Tiny bathroom in main bedroom and needed some updating. Great check in
