The fine print
-For reasons beyond our control and at the discretion of the community, the pool will only be CLOSED during the fair week (middle of August)!
The swimming pool is shared with the neighbors of the building and you must respect the pool rules established by the community."
Please note that there is an extra charge for late check-in starting from 20:00 as follows:
-From 20:00 to 21:00 EUR 20.
-From 22:00 to 00:00 EUR 30.
-From 00:00 to 2 am EUR 40.
* Please note that bed linen and towels are provided (per person and per stay). For stays longer than 6 nights we offer an additional change of towels as a courtesy.
*For stays of less than 6 nights you will have to pay at the property for the following extra charges: 10€ per set of towels if required by the guest.
-It is not allowed to play loud music in the apartment out of respect for the neighbors.
-It is forbidden to deposit garbage bags in the common areas of the building.
-Please, always carry your keys with you. The trip to the apartment to open the door for this reason after 9pm will cost 25 euros.
-Guests must be careful not to lose or leave the keys inside the lock. In the event that this occurs, the cost of repairing the lock or copying the keys will be assumed by the guest.
"IMPORTANT: Makeup-stained or irreparably stained towels can be claimed by the customer for replacement. The cost is 10€/towel."Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Very flexible with requests! We initially booked for 2 guests but our other friend decided to join last minute. We paid 10eu per night as an extra for him. He used the couch which was still very comfy. Location was great!

Location is perfect, you are within walking distance to everything, most of the places are 5 to 10 minutes away while the most distant ones are 20 minutes away. The apartment has absolutely everything you need inside. It is very clean and communication with host is easy and simple.
