Victoria “Villa with stunning pool.”

Lovely villa with a fabulous private pool and only minutes from a beautiful beach. There is a well equipped outdoor (but under cover) kitchen with stunning views and a lovely breeze. The villa was cleaned daily by Alessia, and a delicious organic home cooked breakfast was included every morning served on the terrace. The selection changed every day. There is one bathroom in the apartment with everything you need and there is a second bathroom outdoors by the pool. We ate at Cafe Maladroxia our first evening which was nice. We were told nothing else was open so cooked the second and hired a private chef the third night but in fact the Hotel Lu opposite had a restaurant and bar open to the public which had great views. Maladroxia has no shop, but the supermarket in Sant'Antioca is about 10 minute drive away. It could be difficult to stay at the villa without a car.

Our stay at Maladroxia was truly exceptional and exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed - Alessia and Paolo came out to greet us personally, and their hospitality made us feel instantly at home. We were the only guests during our stay, which meant we had full and exclusive access to the entire property - the spacious garden, the beautifully maintained pool, and all the outdoor areas. This level of privacy and tranquility was absolutely priceless. Even though the nearby beach in Maladroxia was beautiful, our daughter preferred spending her time in the pool, which was cleaned every morning with a robotic cleaner - a detail that speaks volumes about the care and attention the hosts provide. The villa itself was spotlessly clean, with large, airy rooms that were both comfortable and tastefully decorated. Every day, the cleaning service took care of everything: fresh bed linens, clean towels, and even trash removal. These little things added so much comfort and made us feel truly cared for. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. Each morning, Alessia and Paolo served us a generous, organic, and varied breakfast, always including warm, freshly baked bread that smelled perfectly. It was such a pleasure to wake up to something so delicious and thoughtfully prepared. Even on the day of our departure, when we had to leave early to catch a flight, they made sure we had a lovely breakfast before we left this level of kindness and flexibility is rare and very much appreciated. What stood out the most to us was the incredible cleanliness of both the house and the surrounding property, and the way everything was maintained with love and care. It's clear that Alessia and Paolo put their hearts into making their guests feel welcome and comfortable. We wholeheartedly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful, high-quality retreat with true Sardinian hospitality. Thank you, Alessia and Paolo.

Accommodation in the villa far exceeded our expectations, quiet environment, only a few steps to the beautiful sandy beach, absolute amenities, daily cleaned, perfect owners. And the fact that the owners live on the ground floor of the villa turned out to be a huge added value. Any question for advice, tips for trips or restaurants, information about beaches, interesting things about life in Sardinia, etc., were always extremely willingly provided by Alessia and Paolo. We felt at home. Organic breakfast was absolutely perfect, the owners prepared it differently every day, daily freshly baked bread, and other Sardinian specialties. I would definitely highlight the possibility of grilling (it's a pity we didn't use it more often), private parking, we slept very well on the beds (mattresses). Alessia, Paolo, thanks very much for an unforgettable holiday. Give our regards to Elena and Pietro as well :-)

Alessia and her family are very nice people. they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and happy. The appartment itself is spacious and very clean and nice, especially the big terrace with fantastic views. We enjoyed the sunrise right from our beds. Furthermore the breakfast is amazing with all homemade lovely things and fresh warm bread. We would really recommend to stay here. Thank you Alessia, Paolo, Elena and Pietro.
