The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. For extra beds, guests will be provided with foam mattresses. Extra bed charges apply.

Home feel villa with great mix of modern and authentic traditional reno desiign, clean with comfy bed comprehend us a pleasant leisure trip in Melaka. Friendly and warm host, we were surprised with local delicacies nyonya kuih for our lovely morning stay in Villa.

Villa was very clean, and great value for money. The host was very responsive, and also left some biscuits as a welcome gift. The old shop house has been renovated very nicely, and is very spacious and comfortable. The place wasn't too far away from the main tourist areas, which made it convenient.
