its very close to the main mall in melaka (walking distance). the staff were just ok, not so friendly but not rude. i would prefer a friendly customer service. the tv was working great, and so is the aircond and water heater. the room was quite small comparing to other budget hotel that i went to. but overall its an okay experience for me to stay in this hotel.

The hotel location is quite located strategically with a lot of nearby eateries, souvenir stores, two shopping malls and walking distance tourist attractions. We were being served by a kind gentleman receptionist. He explained in detail about their non 24-hour reception counter. And there is a lift inside for 4 pax since the hotel is a 3 storey building. Iron and ironboard was also provided sharing with other guests. Laundromat was just conveniently next door!
