Host was very helpful and accommodating to our requests as we landed late night, he was there at the property at 2am in the morning to let us in. Property had everything you need including access to gym and swimming pool. Overall, well functioning property that we would love to stay again!

The Emerald Apartment is brand new, spotlessly clean, with all we needed for a lovely 10-day self-catering holiday. The owner, Mr. Dayaratne, gave us a warm welcome on our arrival and offered help at any time should we need it. The Elixia 3C'S Resort Apartment Complex is quiet, private and gated with its own friendly security guards, and there's a lovely swimming pool. The whole huge complex is nearing completion; there are still new, unoccupied flats being fitted out, and tennis courts and gym close to being opened, but there was no disruption or noise. It's just a few minutes walk from Chandrika Kumarathunga Mawatha Wetland birdwatching area, with wonderful wildlife in the paddyfields and along the canal. It's a 5-minute tuk-tuk ride -the security guards will summon one for you- alongside the canal to central Malabe, for a Keells supermarket and some smaller shops.
